QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (or above) in Engineering and other Management related courses
A minimum of 3 year of experience in project management and supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills and sense of accountability
Extensive experience in APQP and Program Management
Good time management and strong communication skills, sense of teamwork and fast self-learning.
Must be innovative and have a general creative flair and able to identify and act upon problem solving.
Must be able to communicate, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and making sure the project is delivered within budget, on schedule, and within the designed scope
Strong analytical, technical and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership skills and can work with minimum supervision.
Good time management and strong communication skills, sense of accountability, teamwork and fast self-learning.
Proficiency in MS office application
Demonstrated ability to solve issues effectively and efficiently

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES​
Responsible for the successful planning, timely execution, monitoring, control and closure EEE/SPR and NMR projects.
Designs development program and skills progression to EEE/NMR staff in the field of APQP & Program Management.
Mastery of the following systems: Oracle System including SPT and NMR Workflow, NMR Warrant System & Sharepoint Database Management, and ECR Process
Manage and monitor EEE and NMR Progress, Risks and Issues and define mitigation plans with CFT and management team to attain closure
Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered within budget, on schedule, and within the designed scope.
