JOB SUMMARY:
We need an experienced leader who can take command of site operations, someone who is capable of good decision making brought by his good sense of management and technical knowledge.
The Project Engineer monitors the construction schedule and balance of quantities of the project. He ensures proper utilization of manpower, equipment and materials. He constantly coordinates with the team and other stakeholders to achieve the target completion date.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare pre-mobilization requirements
Assist in conducting survey with the survey team, as needed
Conduct pre-construction orientation to all project employees and subordinates
Prepare the regular reports required (monthly/weekly basis) and submit to the Project Manager/Project Monitoring Team/ VP Operations
Attend weekly meetings conducted by the Project Manager/VP Operations to discuss accomplishments and issues on-site
Prepare revision of the projected S-Curve for implementation, projected equipment utilization schedule, projected manpower schedule, projected material estimates
Maintains construction schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and changes in schedule to recommend actions.
Ensure proper execution of latest approved project design and specifications
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to recommend actions.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
Coordinates with the liaison officer for the preparation of project billings
Approve subcontractor accomplishment billings, daily time records, field material issuances, fuel issuances, daily weather chart records prepared by the Project Watchman
Monitor and follow-up repair and maintenance issues of project-assigned equipment and requested materials
Recommend, implement and evaluate project needs and site policies
Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Preferably at least 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Preferably DPWH accredited
