JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and evaluate the project to assure that it is done in full accordance with plans and specifications
Study work program submitted by subcontractors and modify as required
Prepare and ensure complaince with construction schedule
Evaluate and certify work accomplishment according to quality and quantity for payment purposes
Assist in estimating materials needed onsite according to specifications
Prepare weekly and monthly accomplishment report
Track and inspect site for adherence to construction timeline and work quality
Attend technical project meetings and ensure optimized use of materials and resources
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Professional License is an advantage
Experience in Housing construction will be an advantage
Preferably with experience in managing teams and construction projects
Must be self-motivated and able to carry out duties with minimal supervision
Must be willing to work and/or travel between Makati and Cavite
