Familiar with construction planning and management as well as project scheduling
Knowledgeable in material procurement and quality control
Has the ability to perform and is proficient in geometrical and mathematical calculations
Knowledgeable in reading construction plans, AutoCAD design and Microsoft office
Has high attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player and diligent
At least two (2) years of working experience and
Preferably knows how to drive and has a valid driver's license (restrictions 1,2)
