Responsible for the timely implementation and execution of all the multi-trade works in every project, ensuring that all works are based on approved plans, specifications, materials, equipment, and manpower loading.
Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
With at least 5 years of related experience in the construction industry, both horizontal and vertical projects
Ability to manage multiple trade disciplines.
Knowledgeable in construction methods and systems specific to the trade.
Knowledgeable in project scheduling, resource loading, and trade work productivity rates.
Knowledgeable in engineering (specific trades such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, FirePro, and CSA) codes and standards
Able to read, comprehend, and interpret plans and drawings.
Computer proficient, MS Project, AutoCAD, and other related applications.
With leadership qualities that are results-driven and people-oriented
With above-average communication and coordination skills
With good planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
