Qualifications:
Graduate of Engieering preferably IE, ECE, EE, ME.
At least 2 years in Semicon or electronics Industry
Must be skilled in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
With Customer Focus and willing to deal with people
Highly proficient in oral and and written communication
Exposed to ISO and Program Management
With experience and knowledgeable in SAP
With experience in project scheduling and BOM Creation
Can work directly with customers and suppliers.
With strong leadership and articulate
Monitor RFQ status
Self driven and motivated
Functions:
Responsible as main interface between the customer and IMI handling RFQ's
Facilitate executive level interaction between company, customer and factory
Oversees NPI and coordinate the start up of phase of new production
lead program team compromising of production, quality, engineering materials personnel. Ensure that efficiency ramp up and scrap are aligned with the quote
Responsible in managing and retaining customers, growing the sales volume and making sure that the business/ project are profitable
Monitor and review delivery performance in order to ensure timely delivery of products
Coordinate the tasks to be performed accordingly to procedures and manage changes accordingly thru ECN or EOL
Conduct Risk Analysis
