Description
This is for our American client under a commercial construction industry. We are in need of Project Engineer to oversee multiple commercial projects and execute project management in ensuring every projects are delivered on time and has all necessary documents are taken care of.
The role will require you to work in a night shift as you'll be working closely with our US client and their team in California.
Job Description:
• Create Procurement Log
• Create Submittal Log
• Create & Maintain Subcontractor Safety Documents
• Create & Distribute Welcome Letter & Submittal Request Letter
• Process RFIs
• Process Submittals
• Create Meeting Agenda
• Process Meeting Minutes (Weekly OAC Meeting, Coordination Meeting, etc.)
• Create & Maintain Closeout & Owner Training Log
• Create & Distribute Closeout Letter
• Create & Issue Closeout Letter
• Create Digital Closeout (Folder Structure, Project Directory, As-builts, Operations & Maintenance Manual)
• Create, maintain, and distribute Punch List Log
Job Qualifications:
• Must speak, read and write fluent English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Keen attention to detail
• Proficient in reading construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Project Management skills
• Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet all deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction related field
• 1 year minimum combined work experience in building construction and estimating
• Proficient with the following software programs: o Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams); BlueBeam, Box, CMiC, PlanGrid
Work Schedule: 11pm - 8am | Monday to Friday
