Responsibilities:
Assists in the documentation preparation and submittals prior to bidding and implementation of projects
Inspect jobsite prior to the mobilization.
Provide mobilization checklist such as tools, equipment and manpower.
Coordinate with the project owner/general contractor on the date of mobilization prior to the delivery schedule of materials.
Inspect and monitor the on-going project and implement the project safety requirements including the existing rules and regulations at the jobsite.
Provides accomplishment reports and attends jobsite meetings.
Monitors and records daily manpower present at the jobsite.
Certify and recommend sub-contractors billing prior to endorsement to Installation Supervisor for evaluation.
Coordinate all activities and project status to Sales Supervisor, Installation Supervisor and Project Coordinator.
Monitor and evaluate project incurred expenses as well as the sub-contractors work performance.
Inspect project on or before completion and facilitate punch listings up to project completion.
Monitor and facilitate any additional materials needed at jobsite.
Monitor and facilitate the preparation of Notice of Completion.
Facilitate to document the client complaint on leaks and repairs and ensures that actions to be taken for client complaint is properly implemented and verified.
Other duties, as required in the job or as appointed by the management to handle such task.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil).
Required skill(s): AutoCad.
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in different job sites nationwide.
No work experience required.
