Project Engineer for baguioMGS Construction, Inc.

Job Description:
Concreting
Prepare request for inspection and secures approval prior to concreting
Computes and prepares volume projection of concrete for the entire project.
Monitors segmentation.
Coordinates with suppliers the schedule of concreting activities and concreting materials needed in the job site.
Monitors and evaluates actual pouring of concrete.
Conducts inspection on the turn-over or clearance of all departments before the actual pouring.
Ensures and maintains alignment.
Monitors clearing and cleaning of concrete debris after pouring.
Prepares and submits necessary reports required by the Management.
Performs other management mandated functions.
Rebar
Prepares and secures the cutting list diagram for approval of the designer
Performs rebar requisition and ensures timely delivery on site
Supervise and inspects proper rebar installation
Monitors and implements compliance to company safety and quality standards
Prepares and submits necessary documents and report required by the management
Formworks
Evaluates and implements the formworks and scaffolding designs
Performs structural calculations for formworks of vertical constructions.
Monitors the installation of formwork systems periodically during erection and sign-off prior to placement.
Prepares and submits necessary documents and reports required by the Management.
Performs other management mandated functions.
Oversees work progress and compliance of Subcontractor to approved installation methodology
Supervise proper handling and safekeeping of formworks materials during construction
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering
Licensure in Civil Engineering is required
Must be willing to be assigned in Baguio
Must have background or experience related to Vertical High-rise or Mid-rise construction
Must have good management and communication skills
Must be flexible, dedicated to work, competitive, and a good team player
