PROJECT ENGINEER (CIVIL ENGINEER)
 
Duties and Responsibilities
Manages/Supervises the day to day activities of the project.
Manages and evaluates project need, timeframe, and cost.
Coordinates with the QS with regard to the preparation of In-house budget, project schedule and progress billing.
Prepares shop drawings as need.
Responsible for the safekeeping of equipment, materials, diesel, oil spare parts, and other materials onsite to avoid pilferage.
Regularly report to Top Management the progress of the project.
Responsible for reporting untoward incidents onsite, such as pilferage and accident within 24 hour after the incident happened.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Top Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; licensed preferred
At least 5 years of experience as Project Engineer in Horizontal and Vertical Construction
Proficient in AutoCad
Project Management/Supervision Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards
Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight schedule
