PROJECT ENGINEER (CEBU PLANT)
 
JOB FUNCTION:
 
Responsible for managing VisMin Projects, specially in civil scope.  Ensure  project leaders, project managers  to maximum performance, providing purpose, direction and motivation to each plant project leader.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Project Management:
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Help prepare budget for VisMin project. Analyze risk and opportunities
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Handle any issues that arise
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques like a U project.
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, Oversee project procurement  of needed items 
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project ( with Purchasing)
Help in Legal paper works that is needed for the VisMin projects
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis with the help of finance.
Develop comprehensive project plans, documentation and report to be shared with the Team as well as other staff members
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Perform cross functional activities that may be assigned from time to time in relation to current job.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering- Project Management
Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field
Analytical skills and an eye for details
Planning and Organizational skills, Process Improvement 
Ability to understand broader business issues
Communication and presentation skills
Tracking Budgets, Coaching Supervision
