-Graduate of Civil Engineering
-Preferably with license but not required
-With at least 5 years experience in bridge construction, bored piling, girders.
-Has strong leadership skills
-Excellent in evaluation, preparation and analysis of reports
-Willing to work in Arayat, Pampanga
