IMPORTANT: This is a site-based role. The successful candidate will be assigned in Morong, Bataan throughout the duration of the project.
The Project Engineer will be responsible for assisting the Project In Charge and/or Project Manager, depending on the structure of the Project Org, on the implementation of daily activities in accordance to the work program of the project

Job Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Project in Charge or Project Manager in some cases, depending on the organizational structure of the project
Oversees daily operations of project site and ensures activities are carried out according to plan
Assists the PIC/PM in updating the accomplishment data as reflected on the project plans
Records the actual works execution and installation progress
Coordinates with the PIC/PM, Design and Engineering Teams in reporting any issues encountered on-site that may hinder the efficient execution of planned activities
Recommends possible changes to plans to the Engineering and Design Teams to address issues for management's consideration and approval
Reports any issues encountered on-site with regards to personnel performance and project execution
Conducts regular tool box meetings with project and admin personnel
Other related works as necessary
Qualifications
The Project Engineer must be a licensed Civil Engineer
Possesses at least Two (2) years of professional experience in site construction supervision
Knowledgeable in using MS Office and Google Business Suite
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines as required by the business; current requirement is for our project in Morong, Bataan
