Job Description
Prepares status report and updates with regard to construction and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules
Prepares billing for contractors and payroll for site admin workers
Prepares a description and timeline of the project
Maintain a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing rules and regulations within the site
Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with government regulations
Prompt and accurate response and action on complaints and queries concerning construction
Job Qualifications:
Preferably a Civil Engineer
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
With at least 2 years experience in surveying, project plan implementation, preparation of billing materials estimates, site management, and land development, an advantage
Computer Literate especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
Knowledge in Autocad
