Translates group/division directives and imperatives into the department strategies and plans. Align department performance targets and commitments and synergize for a holistic delivery strategy. Department BSC, strategic directions aligned with key business objectives and imperatives. Monthly and Quarterly Project Report and callouts are escalated and addressed.
The Portfolio Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the delivery of
products, platforms, & services of the company. The Portfolio Manager oversees the Program/Project Managers assigned in the planning, implementation, tracking & monitoring of activities of projects.
Core responsibilities are;
Project planning including schedule development, acceptance criteria definition
Project monitoring including but not limited to issue tracking, risk management & mitigation, stakeholder management
Project delivery including that of test acceptance, documentation delivery, hand-over to production and operations
Developing & maintaining concise and consistent communication & reporting process throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively drive CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT in project delivery, process improvement, team capability, processes
