2. Preferably with at least 5 years of work experience related to real estate or contractor
3. Must be focused, driven, team player
4. Can work under pressure
5. With acceptable oral and written communication skills
6. Computer literate.
Responsibility
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist PD Head in Land Acquisition activities.
2. Involved from pre-selling, launching to end of projects.
. Brainstorming
. Market Research
. Monitoring, Coordination and Follow-up with Liaison Dept. for the pertinent documents needed to secure License to Sell.
. Monitoring, Coordination and Follow-up with Marketing Dept. for the production of sales materials.
. Coordination with Technical Group, for the construction of model units.
. Preparation to approval of pricelist.
. Preparation to approval of sales & documentation guidelines.
. Conduct orientation to Sales and Operations Groups of new projects
. Monitor and assist Pag-ibig Liaison group to secure from concern departments the needed documents for Pag-ibig Accreditation and Pag-ibig house & lot appraisals.
. Monitor land development, construction of amenities & housing units.
. Coordination with site engineers, Technical Services Group on matters relevant to project site management.
. Formulation of necessary correspondences to proper groups on matters concerning project operations.
. Prepares regular budget report
. Monitor project budget usage
3. Inventory Management
. Preparation of weekly and monthly inventory reports.
. Coordination with Sales and Customer Service regular updates of pricing and available inventories
4. Others
. Attend meetings
. Perform other task or special projects related to her roles & position w/in the department
. Site visits
