Education Experience Responsibility DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assist PD team . Coordination with concern Department for the pertinent documents needed to secure License to Sell, BIR Ruling, Pag-ibig and Bank Accreditation. . Preparation to approval of pricelist for re-opened units. . Preparation of report for Accounting re: monthly update on land development, construction of amenities & housing units. . Preparation of house construction % update for SAP . Coordination with site engineers regarding site maintenance. 2. Inventory Management . Preparation of monthly inventory reports. . Coordination with Sales and Customer Service regular updates of pricing and available inventories. 3. Others . Request of cleaning materials for site office and model house/s . Performs other task or special projects related to her roles & position w/in the department.
