Responsibilities:
Develop business cases for projects which have been agreed as part of Digital Operations roadmap or other projects as assigned
Manage structured projects in line with prescribed project management standards with a defined scope, ensuring project deliverables are brought in on time, within budget and quality targets
Responsible for motivating and leading project team members
Provide input into the management of project budgets
Prepare management reports for key stakeholders
Liaison between project team, project owner, and key stakeholders
Identify when projects appear to be deviating from plan or objectives and raise issues and proposed solutions with management; taking appropriate corrective action to ensure delivery remains on track
Manage conflicting priorities involved with completing a project successfully.
Minimize exposure and risks by identifying and proactively managing all risks and issues affecting the project, including financial and operational
Mentor team members
Support the execution and delivery of project management methodology and standards for Digital Operation
Minimum Qualifications
Solid knowledge of basic project management methodologies. Degree or equivalent experience in project management
