As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex FinTech projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex FinTech projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery, with a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and deliverables, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of project objectives.
Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong diplomatic skills and the ability to push back when necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Drive consensus and amicable solutions among diverse stakeholders, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing appropriate corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure successful delivery.
Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of project management best practices, tools, and templates within the organization.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including a track record of delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
