Cabrera Business Solutions is a Managed Services and Professional Services company based in Victoria, BC, Canada. We continue to grow our off-shore team in the Philippines and are looking for another Project Coordinator to join our team. Our partner, Think Communications, one of the leading MSP’s in the province, has an ever growing demand for IT projects and they need your help!
PROJECT COORDINATOR
You would work remotely from home or at our office and be responsible for the scoping of projects and ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals and deliverables
Monitor scheduling, planning and resource management of projects
Prepare project timelines and allocate project resources
Manage communications, documentation, project metrics and budget
Track deliverables, monitor and report on project progress
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Manage client expectations
Qualifications:
Previous infrastructure PM experience and working with a highly technical team
Should be able to learn quickly the technical side of the projects
Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel
Experience working on billable, customer-facing projects
Must be highly organized, efficient and utilize the PM skills to track project
Ability to communicate well with technical teams and stakeholders
