JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Recording information as needed.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Experience as a virtual assistant.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
tenant monitoring, quotation and proposal, answer client concern via phone and emails, monitor payment of tenants. etc
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of 4 years any related course
Willing to train
Work under pressure
