PROJECT COORDINATOR
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information with Project Manager.
Liaising with clients to identify and define project equipment, scope and objectives.
Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves
Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
Oversee project procurement management and logistic management such as checking of deliveries, pickup materials, and assist in purchasing department.
Monitor project progress and handle any issue that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to the Project Manager.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations, plans and reports.
Ensure standard and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Manage project- related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction or similar
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in computer software packages, Microsoft Windows/ Offices (Word/Excel), AUTOCAD
Ability to interpret and execute plans, specifications.
Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop database.
Able to work under pressure, work independently, & possess spirit of teamwork.
