PROJECT COORDINATOR
 
Responsibilities:
Project Planning:  
Collaborate with cross functional, product, design, production and compliance teams in the U.S. and Philippines to ensure timely execution of seasonal product launches.  
Assist in providing visibility and maintaining alignment with established timelines and milestones.  
Coordination and Communication: 
Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Philippines, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.  
Resource Management: 
Monitor and report on resource utilization and availability.  
Task Tracking and Reporting:  
Actively maintain and update company's project management tool, Lythos, as necessary to monitor seasonal product development progress.  
Generate regular status reports for product development team and other stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any changes.  
Organize inbound pre-production photo files for distribution to compliance and content proofing teams and keep corresponding tracker current.  
Assist in tracking inbound pre-production and production samples.  
Create new project numbers and corresponding project folders on company server as needed. 
Risk Management:  
Identify potential resourcing risks and issues that may impact project delivery.  
Work with the product team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.  
Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.  
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.  
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  
Foundational understanding of project management principles and methodologies.  
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products.  
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.  
Experience with Lythos (project management platform) and/or Centric (product lifecycle management platform) a plus. 
Amenable for 5:00am - 2:00pm Shift Tuesday-Saturday
