Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for bridging the communication gap between various stakeholders involved in our villa projects, including construction teams, architects, interior designers, and investors. Your key responsibilities will include:
Project Management:
Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and objectives.
1. Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of real estate projects.
2. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for construction, renovation, or maintenance services.
3. Permitting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
4. Construction Oversight: Oversee the construction process, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including investors, clients, and internal teams, providing updates on project status.
6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
7. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
8. Resource Management: Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
9. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends.
Problem Solving:
Identify potential project risks and issues and proactively address them.
1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Knowledge of construction processes, architectural design, and interior design concepts.
3. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Project management, Construction Management or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or management within the real estate or construction industry
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of construction process, architecture design and interior design
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast - paced environment
