Qualifications:
Graduate of Civil Engineering
With at least 1 year experience as a Project Coordinator
Job Specifications:
Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
Plan, manage, and monitor project plans and project schedules.
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Handle any project management issues that may arise.
Attend kick-off meetings and project meetings.
Ensure project deadlines are met.
Oversee project procurement management.
Provide administrative support.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assist in bid work preparations and other related documents
