Job description
Site monitoring and supervision ensuring all works are done as per schedule and on-ground team is mobilized efficiently
Report daily project and site progress with supporting documentation
Forecasting schedule of labor and resources according to project status
Coordinate end to end material requirements of the project
Serve as liaison for any project related requirements
Ensure timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly reports
Proper handling of assigned budget
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Must be mobile and ready to go on field work anytime
Skills:
Good understanding of civil/infrastructure methods
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) (English and Filipino)
Good understanding of civil/infrastructure methods
Knowledgeable in various project management methods
Strong critical and analytic thinking and problem solving skills
Confident in leading and managing people
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PRC not required)
Knowledge of construction, electrical regulations, technical standards
At least 3 years of working experience is required
Exposure in construction industry
Self-starter; can easily adapt into a fast-paced working environment
