Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.
We are presently seeking for Project Coordinator that will play an integral role in delivering technology enabled process transformation in partnership with the business teams, leveraging technologies for custom development and ERP projects. This role will have the opportunity to lead transformation in different business functions or across sites of Excelitas Technologies.
Main responsibilities:
Builds strong relationships with corporate and site leadership to lead large and small projects across sites and globally.
Works with business and IT leadership define and create project related artifacts from project concept to initiation (including estimates) and then manage projects through the various phases through deployment.
Reports on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
Manages projects risks and work to mitigate them in partnership with the different stakeholders.
Presentation to stakeholders and executives and getting sign-offs from them.
Works with external implementation partners in some projects. In those projects, he will also work with the partner PM or their leadership to plan the project and align the project deliverables to meet the success criteria. He will also align the Excelitas resources in IT and business to ensure timely completion of the project deliverables.
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in managing projects from start to finish.
At least 3 full life cycle projects of reasonable size and scale.
Experience scoping, planning, and delivering ERP and other custom development and automation projects as a team lead or integration manager.
Experience in planning and managing business blueprint workshops, fit/gap analysis, managing blueprint and functional specification documents.
Excellent diplomatic communicator who is structured able to take ownership.
PM experience with waterfall and Agile scrum is necessary.
Change Management experience.
Willing to travel to the company project sites as needed.
Excellent in communication in English.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Skills:
Certified Project Management Professional or equivalent formal certification.
Experience implementing solutions using Agile methodology.
Experience of one end-to-end S/4 HANA greenfield implementation with process mapping during Prepare and explore phase.
Established leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decisionmaking abilities.
Experience in managing other software development projects as well using Agile and waterfall methodologies.
Experience in consulting industry responding to Requests for Proposals and contributing to the creation of Statements of Work
