The Opportunity
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our rapidly growing business. You will be the intermediary between our real estate brokerage firm and our real estate developer partners, making sure to provide real time, accurate information regarding our focus projects to our sales team to help them succeed.
You are great at:
Coordinating with developer clients
Cascading information between developers and our internal sales team
Helping with the broker accreditation process
Providing accurate and updated information regarding our projects to the sales team (e.g. inventories, sample computations, and project presentations)
Creating reports and other administrative tasks as needed
What it takes:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Previous experience in real estate is a strong advantage
Strong communication and organizational skills
