Job Qualifications Qualifications:
Graduate in any of the following courses: Community Development, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.
Two years experience in:
Working with an NGO,
Participatory facilitation, like Participatory Rural Appraisal or the like.
Working with farmers
Experience in natural or organic farming.
Coordinating projects and monitoring and evaluation.
Skills Required:
Written and oral communication skills in English and Cebuano
Documentation and data consolidation
Facilitate teamwork, team player
Coordinate training and field project activities
Community organizing
Flexibility to adjust and adapt to various situations
Computer proficiency: Excel, word and power point
Attentive to details
Ability to work under pressure
