WHAT IS A PROJECT COORDINATOR Our awesome client, a leading modern spaces solutions company based in Australia is looking for a Project Coordinator to be part of their Sales team. We are seeking a motivated and highly organised individual who places an emphasis on excellent communication skills and customer service to coordinate Audio-Visual and other technology based projects/installations. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks shall include, but are not limited to: Manage projects of varying complexity Manage resources allocated to each project and project timeline Liaise with the other departments regarding equipment, resources and delivery time. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Liaise with sub-contractors Coordinate client training and documentation Communicate with clients regarding the projects progress Maintain internal reporting systems Successful applicants will possess the following: Experience in project coordination, project delivery and/or project administration Well presented, punctual individual Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
