The Project Coordinator assists Project Managers with specific administrative tasks related to the assigned projects. Organizes and communicates all the details of projects and specific assignments to team members and serves as a liaison between those team members and the Project Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities

-Assists in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned projects
-Provides Scope of Work (SOW) for every project
-Supports the Project Manager and Solutioning & Delivery team in successful project delivery
-Assists in the development of project proposals, cost estimates and budgets, timelines and schedules
-Prepares reports for Project Manager on status of all services
-Aids in creating and implementing project work plans, revising plans details based on client needs and project requirements
-Helps identify the needed resources, and manages daily operations during the absence of the direct report manager
-Reviews reports prepared by staff before passing to the client, implementing company methodologies and project principles, overseeing quality assurance procedures, preparing project reviews and documenting project details.
-Implements safety procedures and budget planning to reduce risks and revenue losses
