Qualifications: 
• Graduate of any Engineering or Architectural Course; 
• Currently residing in Davao City; 
• Highly-knowledgeable in SketchUp and AutoCAD; 
• Above-average communication skills; 
• Willing to be assigned to various project locations; 
• Has a strong sense of urgency and time management. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Communicates with the Client regarding project specifications. 
• Supervises and monitors the progress and timeline of every project; 
• Drafts quotations; 
• Discusses the terms and conditions of the quotation with the client prior to installation;
• Ensures that the project is on schedule and inspects the quality of workmanship for every project;
• Conducts post-project ocular inspection before, during, and after every project;
• Troubleshoots any problem that may arise before or during installation; 
• Accommodates the queries and concerns of Clients; 
• Other responsibilities that are deemed necessary to fulfill and contribute to the success of the  business.
