Assist in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned projects.
Provide an SOW for every projects.
Support the Project Manager and Development team in successful project delivery.
Assists in the development of project proposals, cost estimates and budgets, timelines and schedules
Prepares reports for Project Manager on status of all services
Aids in creating and implementing project work plans, revising plans details based on client needs and project requirements.
Helps identify the needed resources, and manage daily operations during the absence of the real manager
Review reports prepared by staff before passing to the client, implementing company methodologies and project principles, overseeing quality assurance procedures, preparing project reviews and documenting project details.
Implements safety procedures and budget planning to reduce risks and revenue losses
Facilitate and sit-in meetings between client and staffs.
Stay on top of daily status of staffs.
Ensure productivity of staffs within the regular working hours.
Helps measure efficiency of staff.
