WHAT WILL YOU DO;
Evaluates Millworks/Cabinetry material take-off and Bill of Materials and creates Material orders.
Procures materials to meet customer requirements at an optimal cost and schedules supplier deliveries based on requirements.
Obtains quotations as required, notifies suppliers of engineering changes to drawings/specifications and provides suppliers with forecast and open order information
Millworks/Cabinetry Material take-off and procurement
Coordination with foreign suppliers and manufacturers.
Ensures that all released Purchase Orders are sent to suppliers and are confirmed following the required turn-around time
Resolves invoice issues, coordinates with Procurement Manager/Counterparts on the reasons of the discrepancy and adjusts system information when necessary
Proactively manage project changes and take actions to resolve problems to meet the customer's requested delivery plan
Evaluates Millworks/Cabinetry designs according to standard materials and finishes.
WHAT DO WE NEED;
Excellent English communication skills; Spanish speaker a plus but not required
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or having solid Interior Design background
At least 3 years of experience as project coordinator
At least 3 years of experience as millworks designer/drafter
At least 3 years of experience in cabinetry manufacturing and purchasing.
With excellent English oral communication and Written skills
Must be proficient in Millworks 2D drafting and detailing using the Autocad tool.
Must be proficient in 3D perspective rendering using any of the following tools: Sketchup with Vray, 3S Studio Maxx with Vray and the like
Must be quick to understand and execute dimensions in Imperial Unit system.
Must be detail-oriented and keen at identifying materials and finishes from an international-based market
Must have experienced creating Specbooks for Interior Projects
Must be willing to do other skills from other account projects and learn other softwares as well.
Must be creative and execute with less supervision.
Must be flexible and willing to be trained as well
Must be amenable to work on a graveyard shift
Must be amenable to work onsite in 3rd floor T. De Castro Building 2, Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Imus, Cavite.
