Is currently looking for:
 
PROJECT COORDINATOR / CIVIL ENGINEER
 
Qualifications:
BS Architectural or Civil Engineer degree holder.
1-2 years working experience in either architectural design and site construction.
Basic CAD 2d and 3d.
Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit / BIM is a plus.
Experience in architectural design and/or implementation.
Knowledge in interpreting and checking implementation of architectural, mechanical, electrical and civil plans.
Must be efficient, well-organized and meet deadlines.
Does not need a lot of supervision, has initiative.
Has sense of accountability and can work independently.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinate with team and management regarding site implementation progress.
Monitor and update GANTT chart.
Provide solutions and suggestions on design and project implementation.
