Job Description:
• Vehicle daily schedule
• Vehicle refueling budget (or fleet cards),toll fees, parking fees management
• Monitor vehicle-miles of travels
• Manage vehicle maintenance(negotiation with vehicle suppliers)
• statistics of vehicle expenses and report to management
• parking management after daily work(if any)
• Issue equipments and tools to jida's teams
• Monitor equipments and tools issued to teams
• Inventory of equipment and tools issued to teams daily(or weekly/monthly)
• Purchase of equipments and tools(if any)
• Manage PPE of the project
Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field, and Electronics or Communication Engineering related is better.
• 1 year experience is required
• Required language(s) is English and Filipino.
• Be good at MS office
