Competency required for this role:
• More than 10 years work related experience in Oil& Gas Industry
• Experienced in Scheduling and schedule management
• Experienced in work planning
• Experienced in project budgeting and cost controlling
• Experienced in project reporting (monthly management report)
• Skilled in operating scheduling tool (Primarvera)
• Skilled in cost reporting tool (GSAP)
Scope of work
• Ensure EPC contractor project controls are up to date and reflective of actual progress
• Ensure timely submission of EPC contractor project controls reports (weekly and monthly as per project requirement)
• Coordinate to include Client's plans into EPC contractor plan to generate an integrated plan. To support the planning of CSU team.
• Produce Monthly Management Project Reports
• Carry out VOWD appropriately in GSAP
• Appraise Project Manager on Project Budget health with consideration of contingency basis Project Risk Register and Change Register
• Support Project team in achieving project goals through timely information and forecast of project progress
• To participate/lead schedule recovery on adhoc basis as needed
Location of Work: Tabangao, Batangas City
Salary: Negotiable
Length of Contract: minimum of 6 months up to 4 years
