Project Controller works together with Senior Project Controllers to oversee ongoing projects from a wide variety of partners from a financial perspective.
• Tracks and monitors project milestones and reports regularly to Project team.
• Assists in the preparation of regular project report updates on project milestones
• Manages and control the Project documentation
• Assists in following up of issuance of purchase orders, approvals of project reports and documentations and payments
• Assists Project team in processing of necessary Finance and HR requirements of the project
• Performs all administrative works assigned by the Project Manager / Senior Project Controller.
• Tracks and Monitors project tools including assisting in securing resources and tools (including car rentals) for the projects
• Coordinates project schedules across project teams including subcontractor partners
• Manages and coordinate car rentals for the project
• Manage and control the milestone acceptance tracker and proactively monitors any risk pertaining to projects delays
• Tracks and monitors all project tools inventory and update regularly to the management team
• Coordinates Project Schedules across project teams
• Manage the Project PR(Purchase Request) process flow
• Support the team on the project quotation from subcontractor and suppliers
• can consistently meet deadlines
• Able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse work group of subcontractor or supplier.
• Able to evaluate step-by-step project management processes.
• Able to create and adjust project budgets.
• Able to help Senior Project Controller to monitor and manage the project goals and completion.
• Able to develop project scheduling, budgeting and progress reports.
• Has strong knowledge of Microsoft applications to create reports and present information in Excel and PowerPoint.
