Job Description
Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
Track progress, costs, and risks; recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Provide reports, insights, and updates to senior management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.
Improve project control processes and leverage analytics for better forecasting.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
8+ years of experience in project controls, cost control, or planning (construction, engineering, or oil & gas).
Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and financial management.
Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, and advanced Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling. Familiar with Earned V
Familiar with Earned Value Management (EVM) and KPI-based reporting.
Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CCP, PMI-SP) are a plus.
