Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Economics or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:
Report the actual progress against the execution plan and forecast of the profit, cost, and schedule of the project to Project Engineer. As to the current profit level and forecast, report to and consult the relevant parties of JFEE.
Prepare such regular reports as monthly progress reports for plan/ actual progress and forecast of the project , and report to the client.
Arrange project schedule meetings.
Supervise and manage cost control (establish cost WBS, prepare project budget for implementation, etc.), schedule control (overall /individual schedule, progress), and document control of the project. Prepare and order required project procedures/ manuals, etc.
Monitor and control the progress of the project. Prepare scheduled progress reports (plan/actual/forecast). Arrange project schedule meetings within the company and with outside parties.
Prepare progress performance reports for requesting progress payment and obtain client approval.
Summarize the impact of emergency situations on the cost and the schedule and report to Project Engineer.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Economics, etc.
Management skills and knowledge for Construction Project Management (Scope, Contract, Schedule, Cost, QAQC, HSE, Construction, Resource, Documentation, Risk, Information, EVM, etc.?
Knowledge for schedule management and utilizing management tools (MS- project).
Business experiences as Cost/Schedule Controller in plant projects (5 years or more).
Experiences as Project Engineer, Project Control Manager, Contract Engineer in Construction Projects.
