or Project Site
1. Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
2. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring
with management.
3. Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements,
assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors.
4.Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements,
and performance standards.
5.Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
6.Plans and projects a two week site material requirement and coordinate with
procurement.
7.Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating
time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
8.Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities,
and resolving problems.
9.Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling
changes, and recommending actions.
10.Controls project costs by evaluating expenditures and reviewing contractor
contracts.
11.Submits project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information and trends; recommending actions.
12.Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and
regulations. Strictly ensure tha all project workers adhere to safety standards,
including proper wearing of PPEs, housekeeping, etc.
13.Maintains product and company reputation by complying with govt regulations.
14.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and escalates
problem and risks ahead of time.
For Tech and Estimates
1. Conducts site inspection and determines all the necessary requirements needed for
an accurate estimation and attends pre-bid conferences and studies the Terms of
Reference of any projects
2.Coordinates with the Designer/Sales for any relevant information. All design and
engineering issues must be resolved immediately.
3.Estimates the following:
Preliminaries
Manpower costs
Material costs
Methodology costs / Work Breakdown Structure
Risk Assessment Analysis
Gantt Chart for project completion with manpower and material loading
Other costs
4.Ensures that everything is covered in the bare cost estimation before forwarding to
the AVP Project Engineering for submission to the Cost Control Department.
5.Ensures documentation of the project.
6.Reports needed to submit:
A. Regular project updates
B. Regular Project Load of subordinates
C. Site Inspection Report
D. Pre-bid Conference Report
E. Weekly Project Status Report
