Job Summary

The Assistant (Station Accounting - Accounts Receivable) completes the Accounts Receivable (AR) Report by validating reimbursements related to station promos and discounts. The position is responsible for ensuring that the data obtained are accurate and in accordance with the standards imposed by the company.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Ensures timely recording and recognition per accounting system of discounts and promotions implemented in the station
2. Checks and reconcile the stations records vs per system.
3. Attends the project-related weekly meetings where the department is involved.
4. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or any Accounting related courseAt least 6 months of experience in Accounting (Accounts Receivable or General Accounting)Open to fresh graduates.\Above average verbal and written communication knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).Temporarily on work from home setup but able to work in the office at moment's notice. Willing to extend working hours, holidays, and weekends if required
