We are hiring for a Project and Audit Specialist!!
The Project & Audit Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects within the organization, as well as conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the audit team and management to devise a comprehensive plan, encompassing the scope and objectives of each audit.
Engage in risk assessment activities, diligently collecting relevant data to support the audits.
Thoroughly evaluate internal controls, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Conduct meticulous on-site or virtual fieldwork, conducting interviews and conducting meticulous documentation reviews.
Identify and carefully document audit findings, actively contributing to the preparation of comprehensive audit reports.
Effectively communicate the audit results to stakeholders, as well as closely monitor the implementation of recommendations.
Maintain open and effective communication with team members, readily addressing any audit-related inquiries.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and continuously enhance auditing skills to ensure excellence.
Collaborate closely with the project manager and team members to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Contribute significantly to project planning, ensuring well-defined timelines and budgets.
Proactively tackle challenges, implementing creative solutions, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
Ensure project deliverables consistently meet high-quality standards while actively participating in testing and validation.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and adeptly address any concerns they may have.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
Demonstrated experience in planning and conducting audits, risk assessment, and compliance evaluation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of internal controls and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Experience in collaborating with project teams and contributing to project planning.
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of auditing.
Willing to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule (this is a graveyard shift in the PH)
Must have own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above and Microsoft Office) and with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
