JOB SUMMARY
The Project Assistant is the key point of contact in ensuring that service delivery has been timely and properly executed and is responsible for monitoring process compliance and adherence.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Liasing with project engineer concerning project details and deliverables
2. Assisting in the planning and implementation of the project
3. Assign in doing all permits for the project such as work permit, gate pass, elevator pass
4. Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
5. Analyzing data as required
6. Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, doing memorandum, doing minutes of the meeting
7. Tracking and reporting project progress
8. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Engineer in an orderly and efficient manner.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. Education
- Bachelor's degree in in any course but preferably related to construction
B. Work Experience
- Must have at least 1 year experience in construction industry
C. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Effective management skills
• Strong attention to details; highly analytical
• Computer literate
• Trustworthy, intuitive, organized and methodical
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to work in a construction site - Fit-out / Renovation Works
* Work Schedule: 7pm to 4am - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thurs - Sat (Rest Day: Wednesday)
* Willing to work in Quezon City
