Job Summary
Responsible for system transaction and documentation of deliveries
Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivery Instruction Note (DIN) transaction.
Endorse pick list to warehouse department for kitting.
Endorse packing list to warehouse department for materials/finish good delivery.
Instruct and guide kitters for the preparation of materials for delivery.
Ensure correctness of delivery to subcon or customer.
Support delivery monitoring
Ensure completeness and correctness of shipping documents and related documents
Responsible for safekeeping and filing of records of the department.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of any course. Vocational course graduates can be considered but must have related work experience.
Work experience is advantage but not required
Knowledgeable in windows applications
Can take action on issues that require immediate actions
Flexible and can handle pressure.
With good time management skills
Contractual. Willing to be assigned under Agency
