Job Call Center Agent
Customer service specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services. They help customers complete purchases, upgrades, and returns, and frequently provide advice and technical assistance as well. They generally work in office environments, call centers, or from their homes.
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Graduate of any 4-yr computer related course OR
12mos tech experience (either from BPO or non BPO industry)
Average to excellent English communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Available to start ASAP
