Qualifications:
Licensed Architect / BS Architecture degree holder (under board)
At least 5 years working experience in architectural design and site construction
Knowledgeable in building codes
Good communication skills
Proficient in CAD 2d and 3d, Revit, BIM, Sketchup, Lumion, Vray, Photoshop, word, excel
Good in analytical Problem solving
Well versed in architectural planning from conceptualization to implementation
Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing and ece and can interpret plans.

Team Leadership
Good in Written and Verbal Communication
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and Draft Building Plans, 3D presentations
Preparation of bill of materials, specifications and other contract documents
Prepare Shop Drawings and As Built Drawings
Manage and coordinate draftsman and designing engineer associates
Monitor and Assist Building Permit Application and other required Project Permits
Oversee and coordinate with Contractors and Construction Crews
Visit Work Sites, check proper implementation of plans
Prepare RFI documents, Site Inspection Reports and Field Orders
Site Construction Quality Check and Monitoring
Material and Equipment Review, Canvassing and Procurement
Budget and Schedule Management
