Job Description:
Prepare documents for submission to consultant & to BERDE
Monitoring & supervision of the project handled multi-tasking
Computer literate (able to use CAD, Sketchup MS Office, ADOBE Photoshop & Illustrator). Handling & processing of documents for compliance team task & Responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
Undergraduate/College graduate in BS Architect
Has active listening skills, technical writing skills, negotiation & Collab skills
Can collaborate with professionals, project management experience, green bldg. rating knowledge.
Knows how to use AutoCad, Sketch-up and MS Office.
