JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversees assigned project/s from conceptualization to contract administration.
Coordinates with the construction management tean, engineering consultant and specialty trade/s relative to the project.
Coordinates with other division/departments regarding the development/progress of the assigned project.
Reports to immediate head on matter requiring prompt action.
Reviews, assessess, and process request for information (RFI) and request for approval (RFA).
Prepares working drawings/shop drawings and other detail as needed.
Interprets architectural, structural and MEPF plans and drawings.
Attends meetings and sit documentation of project progress to ensure ontime delivery of project.
Assists the team in completing task needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): adobe photoshop, ms office, achitectural desisgn, detail oriented, project managment, autocad, lumion, sketch-up, knowledge in estimate, construction mangement, revit architect
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Good analytical ability, hardworking and honest.
Good rendering and conceptualization
Can work with minimal supervision
