Position: PROJECT ARCHITECT
 
Responsibilities:
Take the lead in preparing Schematic Design up to Construction Documents
Coordinate with Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, and Plumbing Engineers with regard to the project.
Manage the preparation of Contract Documents, Bill of Materials and Specifications for projects.
Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget performance and quality standards
Conduct site inspection to make sure that plans & specifications are properly implemented
Coordinates with construction materials suppliers and perform material purchasing.
Lead a team of architectural apprentice & draftsmen
Perform other related duties
Essential Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of building design, architectural systems, and applicable codes
Intermediate skill in the use of applicable software. (Sketchup, Enscape & Autocad)
Knowledge and experience in coordinating Engineering Design & Other Specialty Services
Excellent work ethic with the ability to function efficiently without supervision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Minimum of 5 years working experience in managing architectural projects, resources, and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Schedule:           
You are given a schedule of 8:00am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Half day Saturday). Schedule may change anytime the operations deem necessary. You may also be required to work overtime as needed.
